The Pink Diaper can be found for Toddlers girls in Bottoms > Underwear > Everyday Category. The dresses can be found for Toddlers girls in Full Body > Short Dresses > Everyday Category. This mod will not randomly generate NPC pokemon sims on its own. I make a fair amount of kids and toddlers in my game and they always end up in near enough the same outfits so i decided to make some Pokemon dresses for the little girls to go along with my shirts.
